With the warm temps, steady precip and high avy danger in the backcountry projected for the next few days I headed up to the resort for some lap pounding. Had a great day with some coastal type pow and warm temperatures making for great runs in the upper bowls. The snow wasn't the deepest, but nice and dense keeping us off the bottom and helping stomp some landings. Freezing line seemed to be hovering around pioneer top with some fun sloppy groomers down to the bottom. First day shreddin without a pack this season...good times!
